Data we may process

This website is informational. It does not provide customer accounts or a customer login panel.

When using the website, the following data may be processed:

  • technical server log data, such as IP address, connection date and time, visited URL, browser type and basic device information;
  • data voluntarily provided when contacting the company by phone or e-mail, especially name, company name, e-mail address, phone number and message content;
  • privacy preference information stored locally in the browser so the consent banner does not have to appear on every visit.

Data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • ensuring correct operation, security and error diagnostics of the website;
  • handling correspondence and enquiries sent to the company;
  • establishing, pursuing or defending potential claims;
  • complying with legal obligations;
  • displaying optional external content, such as Google Maps, only after the user’s consent.

The legal basis may include the controller’s legitimate interest, taking steps before entering into a contract or performing a contract, legal obligations, or the user’s consent.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not use advertising, remarketing or analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or similar tracking systems.

The website only uses necessary browser storage to remember the user’s privacy choice. This storage is used solely for the consent mechanism.

Optional external content, such as embedded Google Maps, is not loaded automatically before consent. The user can accept this in the privacy banner or click the button to show the map.

The user can change this choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Preferences can also be removed by clearing site data in the browser.

External services

After consent, the website may load Google Maps. In that case, technical data such as IP address and browser information may be transferred to Google. Google’s own privacy documents describe Google’s data processing rules.

The website may also include ordinary links to external services, such as Facebook or Google Maps. After clicking such a link, the user enters an external service governed by its own privacy rules.

Retention period

Correspondence data is stored for the time needed to handle the matter and then for the period required by law or needed to secure potential claims.

Server logs are stored for the period needed to ensure website security and correct operation.

Privacy preference information is stored locally in the browser until the user removes it or changes the settings.

User rights

The user has the right to request access to data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

The user also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated, especially if the website, technologies used or applicable legal requirements change.
